Community Service

The NCBA has three main community service projects:

Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas (CICCAR) – CICCAR provides funding for low-income housing.
Camp Challenge – Part of Americas' Promise, the Camp Challenge program is held each summer at Vade Mecum Springs near Hanging Rock State Park. Middle school students from throughout North Carolina are selected to participate in the program and are taught financial literacy, citizenship, and leadership skills.
Warmth for Wake – Each winter, the NCBA works with Wake County Human Services to provide heat to people who would not be able to afford it.
