NCBA Foundation

The NCBA Foundation is comprised of three programs: Camp Challenge, North Carolina Center for Financial Literacy, and the Scholarship Program.

Camp Challenge: The NCBA Foundation’s Camp Challenge is a week-long summer camp experience for high-achieving, low-resource middle school students from across North Carolina.  The camp was founded in 1993.

Financial Literacy: The North Carolina Center for Financial Literacy is another initiative of the North Carolina Bankers Association Foundation.  Its mission is to unite the many, disparate individuals, organizations, and businesses advocating financial education throughout North Carolina’s 100 counties.

Scholarship Program: Since 1984, the NCBA Foundation’s Scholarship Program has supported the pursuit of higher education by awarding annual cash stipends to children of financial institution employees.
